1. Introduction

Welcome to HORSEpro Council (the “Service”), owned and operated by Horse Pro LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities or actions under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans for accessing our content. Details of the subscription plans, including pricing and benefits, are provided on our website.

4.2 Billing

By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the specified subscription fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, etc.) as selected by you.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees already paid.

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our Service at any time. Any price changes or modifications to your subscription will be communicated to you in advance.

5. Use of Service

5.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes.
  • Copy, modify, or distribute content from the Service without our permission.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

6. Content

6.1 User Content

You may submit content to the Service (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display your User Content.

6.2 Our Content

All content provided on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of [Your Company Name] or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Crowdfunding

There is no guarantee that Tin Top will be completely funded, produced or distributed. You are donating to the crowdfunding effort to build a community of donors with the intention of creating the show. 5% of your monthly donation (after processing fees) will go to Western Justice. The remaining money will go to the advertising campaign designed to bring additional donors to the platform. Once there are a minimum of 25,000 active members we will begin the production phase of the project. Horse Pro LLC reserves the right to terminate this campaign at any time, for any reason. You will be provided with a monthly report on where the money has been distributed.
